This 14,000 retail & warehouse building sits on the hillside overlooking Riverbend Park & the Deschutes river. The site was a formal dumping grounds for the mill had major site mitigations to overcome prior to being able to build here, including major excavations and the installation of hundreds of aggregate piers. This retro contemporary design utilizes banded windows, natural cedar facades, & long shed roofs to accent the hillside setting.
