San Simon, voted best bar in Bend many times over, serves elegant cocktails & small plates, but was designed to make all patrons feel at home. The original building, built in 1915, and has a lot of history. The owners intent was to build a bar that felt like it had always been there. This hidden gem is tucked away in Tin Pan Alley, in downtown Bend.
